저는 현재 경영대학원 조교수, 미국 변호사, 미국 특허변호사, 경영인으로 활동하고 있으며 국내에 거주하고 있습니다. 미국출생이며 미국에 30년 거주하였고 대학교, 대학원 모두 미국에서 수료한 원어민 교사입니다. 제 실무경험은 로펌 및 사내변호사직의 법무와, 회사 영업 및 경영, 경영대학원와 연구기관의 교직 경험입니다.
학력과 실무경험을 통해 네고/협상, 회화, 비즈니스/법률 문서 작성, 논리/분석 등 능력을 발달하였으며 이를 통해 비즈니스 및 법률 영어를 가르칠 최상의 능력을 갖추고 있습니다.
To briefly introduce myself, I am a practicing U.S. Attorney, Business Professional and Assistant Adjunct Professor (MBA school) residing in Korea with experience in teaching, working in law firms, corporate sales and management, private practice and in house. I practice in a broad array of areas and also focus in Corporate and Intellectual Property. My teaching experience consists of instructing at various research institutions, educational institutions, and companies.
My professional background and experience in the Legal, Business, and Educational setting requires skills in negotiation, communication (verbal/oral and writing), and analysis. This knowledge and expertise will prove to be invaluable for assisting you with your specific concerns and helping to improve your verbal and written communication skills.
